  • Restaurant information — name, branch locations, contact details, and branding assets.
  • Menu data — categories, items, prices, descriptions, photos, videos, and PDFs you upload.
  • Analytics and page views — anonymous usage data such as QR scan counts and menu page views, used to improve the service.

2. How we use your data

We use collected data solely to provide and improve the Menuwaw service — including rendering your digital menu to customers, maintaining your account, and sending service-related communications. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only — for example, to keep you signed in to the admin dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
