Menuwaw operates on custom pricing tailored to each restaurant's needs. Pricing is agreed upon between Menuwaw and the client before service begins. Payment schedules and methods are specified in the individual service agreement. Contact us at contact@menuwaw.com for pricing details.
Menuwaw owns all rights to the platform, software, and associated technology. You retain full ownership of all content you upload — your menu items, images, videos, and branding. You grant Menuwaw a limited license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, your account and associated data will be deactivated. You may request export of your content before termination. Menuwaw reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Menuwaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuwaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
